No Problem! You will not be forced to participate in conquering any obstacle you do not feel comfortable with. That being said, every action has a re-action so if you are unable or unwilling to complete any of the obstacles, you will be asked to perform a replacement task (i.e. push-ups, sit-ups, berpies, jumping jacks, etc…) in lieu of completing the obstacle. When embarking on the course, keep in mind that we will have Badass Dash obstacle crew members at select obstacles as well as volunteers at every obstacle throughout the race to assist you. We understand everyone has different capabilities and just ask that you try your best without injuring yourself or others.
