Some of the races will have a designated changing area on-site, but some will not so you will need to make plans for that (and we don’t need to know what those plans are!).

YES. You did sign up for an obstacle course challenge & endurance run and with that comes some water obstacles so please plan to get wet.

Yes, friends and family are more than welcome to come out and watch the race. We suggest coming out and racing too – we love having spectators come out to cheer everyone on. There will be activities going on throughout the day for friends and families of competitors.
No Problem! You will not be forced to participate in conquering any obstacle you do not feel comfortable with. That being said, every action has a re-action so if you are unable or unwilling to complete any of the obstacles, you will be asked to perform a replacement task (i.e. push-ups, sit-ups, burpee’s, jumping jacks, etc…) in lieu of completing the obstacle. When embarking on the course, keep in mind that we will have Badass Dash obstacle crew members at select obstacles as well as volunteers at every obstacle throughout the race to assist you. We understand everyone has different capabilities and just ask that you try your best without injuring yourself or others. All participants in the Elite Division must complete all obstacles to qualify for any performance awards.
Yes, if you’d like to run together, make sure that your crew registers for the same wave time!

All Four (4) Divisions will compete on the same race course but depending on your division, you will need to follow color coded arrows that will clearly mark the entire course. The designation of which arrows to follow will be explained at the start line prior to your start so make sure you pay attention to the live event announcer! Additionally, string pennant will be used to lead each runner both into and out of every obstacle.
Your race wave will start as per your email confirmation wave time that you registered for on ChronoTrack.com. Please be sure to gather in the correct area for race staging. Each wave will kick off with either a shotgun blast, horn, or countdown or something to pump you up.
